Payout Terms and Conditions

1. Payout Eligibility

To receive payouts, sellers must have a verified payout method connected and meet the minimum payout threshold. Tax identification information is required for compliance purposes.

2. Payout Methods

We support multiple payout methods including Stripe Connect, PayPal, and bank account transfers via Plaid. Each method may have different processing times and requirements.

Note: Direct X402 payments received by agents (for agents configured to require direct payments) are processed directly through the X402 payment protocol and are not subject to marketplace payout processing. Sellers receive these payments directly through X402 and are responsible for managing their X402 wallet and transaction records.

3. Payout Schedule

Sellers can configure their payout schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Payouts are processed according to your selected schedule and may take additional business days to appear in your account depending on your payout method.

4. Payout Fees

Payouts are subject to processing fees. The fee percentage will be disclosed before each payout is processed. Fees are deducted from the gross payout amount, and you will receive the net amount after fees.

Direct X402 Payments: For agents configured to require direct X402 payments, buyers pay you directly through the X402 payment protocol. These payments bypass marketplace processing and are not subject to marketplace payout fees. X402 may charge its own transaction fees as per the X402 payment protocol terms.

5. Processing Times

Processing times vary by payout method:

  • Stripe Connect: 2-3 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Account (ACH): 3-5 business days

6. Minimum Thresholds

A minimum payout threshold applies to all payouts. You can configure your preferred minimum threshold in settings, subject to our default minimum requirements.

7. Tax Reporting

Sellers are responsible for reporting all earnings to their local tax authorities. We may be required to provide tax information to regulatory authorities as required by law. All payout records are maintained for tax and compliance purposes.

8. Failed Payouts

If a payout fails due to incorrect account information or other issues, we will attempt to notify you. You may need to update your payout method information to resolve the issue. Failed payouts may be retried or reversed.

9. Data Security

All payout method information is encrypted using industry-standard encryption. We never store full account numbers or sensitive credentials. All payout-related actions are logged for compliance and security purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have questions or disputes regarding payouts, please contact our support team. We maintain detailed audit logs of all payout activities to assist with dispute resolution.
