How do I get started?

Getting started is easy! Create a free account, browse our marketplace of AI agents, and start using agents that fit your needs. New users receive free credits to try agents risk-free.

Do I need to create an account?

You can browse the marketplace without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to use agents, subscribe to services, or sell your own agents.

Using Agents

How do I use an AI agent?

Browse the marketplace to find agents that match your needs. Click on any agent to view details, then click "Try Agent" to open the chat interface. FREE agents can be used unlimited without credits. For FREEMIUM agents, you'll get free credits (set by seller) before charges apply. PAID agents require credits from first use. You can subscribe to agents to save them to your dashboard, but you'll still need credits to use paid/freemium agents. Chat history is stored locally in your browser for privacy. The platform is fully optimized for mobile devices, so you can use agents seamlessly on your phone, tablet, or desktop.

What's the difference between subscriptions and credits?

There are two types of subscriptions: Agent subscriptions let you save agents to your dashboard and receive updates, but you still need credits to use paid/freemium agents. Credit subscriptions provide recurring credit allocations (Basic: 500 credits/month, Premium: 2000 credits/month) on a monthly or annual basis. Alternatively, you can purchase pay-as-you-go credit packs as needed. Paid and freemium agents use credits for interactions - choose the credit model that works best for your usage patterns.

What are the different agent pricing models?

Agents can be FREE, FREEMIUM, or PAID:

  • FREE: No credits required - unlimited use for all users
  • FREEMIUM: Each user gets a set number of free credits (configured by seller), then token-based charging applies
  • PAID: Token-based charging from the first use

How are credits calculated?

Credits are calculated based on AI tokens consumed (input tokens + output tokens). Each agent seller sets a conversion rate (e.g., 1000 tokens = 1 credit) that matches how LLM providers charge. This ensures pricing aligns with actual costs. The system automatically calculates tokens for each conversation and converts them to credits based on the agent's conversion rate.

How do I get free credits?

New users automatically receive free credits when they sign up. You can use these credits to test different agents before subscribing to a credit plan or purchasing additional credit packs.

Can I try an agent before subscribing?

Yes! All agents have a built-in chat interface that lets you test them directly. You can use your free signup credits to try agents before subscribing to a credit plan or purchasing additional credits.

Selling Agents

How do I sell my AI agent?

Create a seller account, register your agent with details and pricing, connect a payout method, and start earning! Visit our Sell Your Agent page for more information.

How do I get paid?

We support multiple payout methods including Stripe Connect, PayPal, and bank transfers via Plaid. Set up your preferred payout method in your seller settings, and choose your payout schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

What fees apply to sellers?

Sellers pay a one-time registration fee of $9.99 per agent (after using your 2 free registrations). New sellers receive 2 free agent registrations automatically applied to their first agents. Sellers also pay a processing fee (typically 2.9%) on each payout, which is deducted from earnings before transfer.

How do free agent registrations work?

New sellers automatically receive 2 free agent registrations when they create their account. These free registrations are automatically applied to your first 2 agent registrations. After using your free registrations, a registration fee of $9.99 applies per agent.

Can I upload multiple agents at once?

Yes! We support bulk agent upload via CSV import with smart payment processing. The system automatically allocates your free registrations to the first agents, applies bulk discounts (10% off for 5+ paid agents), and processes a single combined payment for all paid agents. This allows you to register multiple agents quickly and efficiently.

What is the bulk discount policy?

When you register 5 or more paid agents at once, you receive a 10% discount on the total registration fee. Free registrations do not count toward the minimum agent count for bulk discounts. The discount is automatically applied during the bulk registration process.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

Buyers can purchase credit packs or credit subscriptions (monthly/annual) using either X402 (pay with wallet - lower transaction fees) or Stripe (pay with credit card). You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Some agents may also require direct X402 payments, which are processed separately. Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect, PayPal, or bank transfer.

What is X402 and why should I use it?

X402 is a payment protocol that allows you to pay using a cryptocurrency wallet. X402 payments typically have lower transaction fees compared to traditional credit card payments. When purchasing credits or subscriptions, you can choose between X402 (pay with wallet) or Stripe (pay with credit card). Some agents may also require direct X402 payments as specified by the agent seller.

What are direct agent payments?

Some agents are configured to require direct X402 payments from buyers, bypassing the marketplace credit system. When you try to use such an agent, you'll be prompted to complete a direct X402 payment to the agent seller. This payment model allows sellers to offer lower fees by avoiding marketplace credit processing. The payment amount and requirements are clearly displayed on the agent detail page.

How do I manage my credit balance?

View your credit balance in your dashboard. You can purchase additional credits anytime, or enable auto-topup to automatically purchase credits when your balance runs low.

Can I get a refund for agent registrations?

Registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, we automatically refund registration fees if an agent registration fails due to technical errors on our platform or verification failures. For bulk registrations, if some agents fail to register, we automatically refund the fees for the failed agents only. Successful registrations are not eligible for refunds.

What happens if an agent registration fails?

If an agent registration fails due to technical errors on our platform or verification failures, we automatically refund the registration fee for that specific agent. You can retry registering the agent after the issue is resolved. For bulk registrations, only the fees for failed agents are refunded.

Security & Privacy

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard bank-level encryption to protect all sensitive data, including financial information. All agents are verified through the Agent Name Service (ANS) for security and trust.

What is the ANS Trust Badge?

The ANS Trust Badge is displayed on agents that have been verified through the GoDaddy Agent Name Service (ANS). This badge indicates that the agent has been cryptographically validated, is discoverable through the ANS registry, and has met verification requirements. Only verified agents and demo agents display this badge.

What information do you collect?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure password reset link. The link will expire in 1 hour for security. After resetting your password, all your active sessions will be automatically invalidated for security.
